We recieved a few products from the Childs Farm baby skin care range. This was our first time trying out this range so I wanted to share our first impressions with you all.
This Childs Farm Baby Range was the Gold award winner for Baby Skincare Range/Product 2020 at Mother & Baby Awards 2020 and has taken this award for the past four years, so we were very excited to see what the hype was about 🙂
If you follow us, you would know we love the Childs Farm 3in1 swim product and that our favourite thing about the Childs Farm brand is that is designed for all skin types, including sensitive and even eczema prone skin. And this range is also perfectly suitable for new-borns and upwards, all products have been paediatrician and dermatologist approved so you can be at ease knowing your little ones skin is in good hands with these products!
We were sent the baby wash, baby moisturizer and the nappy cream to try out and at first glance the packaging is super cute and well though out. Yes, im a nerd for packaging, its the marketer in me that comes out haha. The baby wash is a simple press the lid and squeeze which is simple but effective, as well as the nappy cream is in a tube so you can literaly just squeeze it out on your babies bottom. I also love the fact that the moisturizer comes in a pump which is pretty rare as you mostly find moisturizers in a tub, when you a mum you do most things with one hand so these are little things you have to think of to make your life easier haha.
Now lets talk about the actual product, as you pour out the baby wash the scent is devine and the lovely part is that besides it cleaning your little one its very gentle on the skin and leaves your little one smelling lovely. The moisturizer is super light weight and non greasy and a little goes a long way, also the scent of this is quite luxurious. The nappy cream is note as thick as others I have used, it is more of a cream and not paste like texture. But you also dont have to use a lot for it to do its job.
Childs Farm products are available at Baby City stores nationwide, selected Clicks, Pick ‘n Pay and Babies R Us stores, selected Checkers stores in Gauteng and the Western Cape as well as takealot.com and www.babiesafrica.com.
